Glory

Glory does not come simply from sacrificing or dying for a cause. It comes from what you sacrificed for.

Glory comes from what you stood for and did in the time you were alive. It comes in the example you set, the things you stood for, and the mistakes you acknowledged and rectified. It comes in growth and commitment.

Glory comes from being willing to put a value and principle down, to stand for it, and to sacrifice of yourself to put it into reality. The sacrifice may be time, it may be social standing, it may be the pleasures of life, or it may be something more. Either way, glory comes with deep sacrifice.

You choose how you develop yourself to be a member of your community, to serve it, and to invest in it. There are many ways to do so.

Do something useful, do something needed, do something that provides real results. It is the only justifiable thing. Get things done for people. This is glory.
